We are hiring a Full-Time Nurse Manager for an inpatient psychiatric facility dedicated to improving lives through compassionate care.
- Assist with the facility’s financial operations, including annual budget submissions.
- Ensure compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulations.
- Coordinate health education and screening programs.
- Represent the organization professionally internally and externally.
- Qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active RN licensure.
- At least three years of administrative experience involving budget and personnel management.
- Minimum of five years’ psychiatric experience, with strong clinical and computer skills, and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
