• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

Schedule

Full‑Time Schedule Monday–Friday Daytime schedule Balanced caseload with strong team support Limited on‑call rotation depending on team structure

• Current Washington RN license (or ability to obtain)
• One year of nursing experience preferred; home‑health experience a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
