Ocean Beach Health is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) Relief for a half-time position to lead nursing staff within the Medical/Surgical and Emergency Departments, coordinating patient assignments and ensuring safe, patient-centered care during the shift.
You will collaborate with management, participate in discharge planning, monitor acuity, and provide clinical backup as needed. A Washington RN license, CPR, ACLS, and TEAM/TNCC are required; PALS is preferred.
