Washington is currently seeking a Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team.

• Maintains resident assessments per State regulations

• Provides nursing care to residents as assigned

• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned

• Supports and provides health care instructions to staff, residents and their families

• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities

• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents

• Observes and reports residents' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)

• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered

• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of residents

• Experience:
  
  2 years (Preferred)

• Active State Licensure (Required)

• Long Term Care or Assisted Living experience a plus

• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

This position is salary exempt $83,000 per year.
