YMCA Camp Seymour in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a Teen Trip Staff for a residential, live-in role with room and board. You will lead backpacking and water-based trips for 10-12 teens aged 13-17, co-leading with another staff member.
Duties include developing camper character, facilitating discussions on values and leadership, and ensuring a quality experience for families. The position requires Wilderness First Aid or First Responder, CPR/First Aid/AED, and online Child Abuse Prevention training
