Penn National Gaming - : [Restaurant Server / Crew Member] As a Banquet House Person at Penn National Gaming, you'll:
Assemble banquet room with proper linen and glassware as directed by supervisor;
Supply and replenish banquet/meeting rooms with clean glassware and fresh water;
Break down all banquet/meeting rooms upon conclusion of event;
Vacuum each room at conclusion of event;
Maintain established cleaning schedule of banquet space;
Prepare tableware for washing.
