As a FOH Team Member, you will support the guest-facing team by taking and assembling guest orders quickly and accurately at the highest possible quality while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smiles when interacting with guests

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak Enthusiastically

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Available for at least 12 hours per week and able to work Saturdays

* Consistent and reliable

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Customer service oriented

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented

* Able to multi-task under pressure

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors at any point in the year

* Able to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis

* Able to stand for long periods of time
