: SERVER ASSISTANT

Tom's Watch Bar promises "All the Sports, All the Time" with curated programming from collegiate to professional and international events. Assist servers with delivering food to guests and responding to their requests. Assist with clearing and clearing tables.

• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Delivering food to tables.
• Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.

• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate with front of house staff

• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
