- : [Kitchen Supervisor] As a Kitchen Manager at Vail Resorts, you'll:
Manage and develop all kitchen staff in the areas of safe food handling and preparation, and overall quality production of menu items;
Be proficient in all positions in the kitchen, with an in-depth knowledge of culinary techniques;
Be responsible for all food orders and requisitions to maintain proper par levels and costs;
Facilitate daily prep/production lists completion;
Ensure all recipes are adhered to and produced consistently and safely.
