ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintains quality, service, and cleanliness, and monitors safety, security, and profitability. Shift Managers communicate with the next Shift Manager to aid in shift preparation and help departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
