Description: Roche Harbor’s Weddings are always among Seattle Bride Magazine's top award-winning resorts over the past 30 years. Roche Harbor caters over 250 weddings and events each year. All of our events showcase our culinary staff preparing and serving farm-to-table menus that focus on Pacific Northwest ingredients and cuisine. Roche Harbor's event culinary team prepares food that is high quality, with local meats, fish, and vegetables, and is prepared from scratch.
At Roche Harbor Events, we serve restaurant-quality menus in a banquet format. This position allows our culinary staff to engage with the guests and explain menu preparations and accommodate dietary restrictions and lifestyle choices.

Position Overview: The position of Steward/Dish Machine Operator is highly respected and an integral part of the restaurant and kitchen team responsible for maintaining a quick flow of clean china, glassware, utensils, and pots & pans from the pass-through to service areas. This position is given the added privilege of being able to choose anything from the full menu for their shift meal.

Dish Machine Operator Experience is helpful.
Start Dates: April 1, 2025, April 28, 2025, and May 5, 2025
End Dates: September 29, 2025, and October 26, 2025
Housing: Included in agreement. Weekly rent amount depends on which unit is offered.
Wage Range: $22 per hour. Overtime Rate (after 40 hrs.): $33.00 per hour
Other Compensation:
Up to $1.00 for every hour worked for meeting or exceeding star performance standards.
Total compensation potential including End of Season Bonus and Star Performance Incentive: $23.00 per hour plus $3000 in bonus.
