Shift Manager (Sultan, WA) – $22.50 to $23.75 per hour, Flexible Schedule, Health Benefits

McDonald's – Independent franchisee-owned restaurant. Applicants will be hired by the franchisee, not McDonald’s corporation. The franchisee is responsible for all employment decisions.

Shift Managers lead restaurant shifts to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service and maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring targets are met, communicating with succession shift managers, and supporting team departments.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum age 18 for manager role.

• PTO in compliance with WA state law
