Located just off I-90 near the Gorge Amphitheatre, Holiday Inn Express – George serves as the premier hospitality destination in Central Washington for concertgoers, leisure travelers, and business guests. Our hotel is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will provide exceptional service to guests by preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Greet guests in a friendly, engaging manner and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Follow all state, local, and company alcohol service regulations
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe environment
• Assist in inventory control, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for guest transactions
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
• Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Valid state-required alcohol server permit/license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
