We are searching for a driven and talented Head Chef with experience in high-quality high-volume Northwest cuisine. The ideal candidate will be able to uphold and exceed our reputation for the finest fresh local ingredient menu, which is expertly served with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. You will possess a proven track record and passion for maintaining excellent food quality, mentoring and developing others.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • THREE or more years high volume full-service restaurant chef
  • This is a BUSY restaurant – MUST be great at high volume
  • Skilled and experienced in seafood and Northwest cuisine
  • Ability to supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the entire kitchen
  • Ability to control labor and food cost with menu development and recipes
  • Experience in hiring and training a BOH team
  • Ability to schedule and lead by example and COOK!
  • Strong kitchen organizational skills and clean kitchen standards
  • Be a problem solver and system implementer
  • Skilled communicator that leads by example
  • Honesty, integrity and guest advocate mindset
Salary Range & Benefits
  • Salary package – $75k – $85k
  • Achievable bonus
  • Annual performance / salary review
