As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest while working hard with a great attitude.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 old
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to making an impact

Physical standards:
Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow). Speak clearly and listen attentively. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks (throughout the shift), and clean hands with disinfecting soap frequently.

Compensation:
Applebee's Server’s start at minimum wage up to $16.28 per hour, plus tips. We also offer:
