Royal Street Café Assistant Manager - Winter

The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with management of all operations of Royal Street Café and The Sticky Wicket.

• Supervise and manage café staff
• Maintain and/or help implement new efficient work methods and systems
• Assist with bussing, serving, expediting, or bartending as needed
• Ensure excellent guest service
• Process any pertinent voids or errors on the Info genesis point of sale system
• Oversee all products and liquor ordering and storage
• Other duties as assigned

• One year of experience in restaurant supervision or management required
• Experience with POS systems
• Experience with bartending, draft, and metered pouring
• Must be “Tips” certified and possess a Utah Food Handler’s card
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/ repetitive movements
• Must be at least 21 years of age
