As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you will ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the world’s largest retailers.

• Flexible schedule, Monday‑Friday.
• Merchandise brands you know and love across a variety of categories.
• Variety in tasks – you won’t get stuck doing the same thing every day.
• Independence in day‑to‑day work.
• Training and certification provided by retail experts.
• Health plan options include no‑copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.

• Locate merchandise in the backroom and place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need.
• Front‑face products to ensure shelves look their best.
• Receive and transport marketing and promotional materials to the store.
• Install promotional items as outlined in instructions.
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Own your store(s) and be the face of Premium at Walmart.
• Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices through closed social media groups and other channels.
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with challenges.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions closely to get it right the first time.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report work the same day you complete it.

• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
