OverviewThe National Sales Manager is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships. This role focuses on promoting lodge amenities and services, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
What you will be doing- Present, promote, and sell lodge amenities and services to existing and prospective clients
- Qualify leads to understand client needs and position lodge offerings as tailored solutions
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional customer relationships
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outbound sales efforts
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and activity goals within established timelines
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Prepare written and verbal sales plans, presentations, and action plans
- Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and cross-functional departments
- Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and prepare status reports
- Provide leadership with insights on customer needs, competitive activity, and growth opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales agreements
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and promotional strategies
- Continuously improve performance through feedback and performance analysis
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and contract policies
- Familiarity with Delphi and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven sales track record
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and closing new business
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $85,000 /annual
