Love bikes, sales, and building lasting dealer relationships? We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Dealer Support Representative to help grow SQlab and ION Bike across North America.

Your profile
  • 3+ years of B2B or consumer sales experience
    , ideally in the cycling or outdoor industry.

  • Proven ability to develop and grow dealer accounts remotely through proactive communication.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and great follow-through.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/CRM systems (D365 / Elastic a plus).

  • Technical knowledge of bike components and fit—or at least a strong enthusiasm to learn.

  • U.S. Citizen with valid passport (for occasional events/trade shows).

Your mission

n this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our dealers—supporting them by phone and email, managing orders, following up on new account leads, and ensuring every shop gets the right products at the right time. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new dealers and strengthening relationships with the many new accounts we’ve opened in the past year.

  • Serve as the daily contact for SQlab and ION Bike dealers—build strong, trust-based relationships.

  • Follow up on new dealer inquiries and nurture leads into active, long-term accounts.

  • Support the growing network of new dealers opened across North America through consistent communication and excellent service.

  • Manage dealer orders, confirmations, and follow-up through to delivery.

  • Monitor demand, inventory, and fulfillment to help maximize sales and stock health.

  • Provide product and technical support to dealers and consumers (via Gorgias).

  • Support new dealer onboarding, merchandising, and POS material coordination.

  • Represent the brands at occasional events and trade shows (limited travel, a few times per year).

Desirable
  • general knowledge of marketing processes of advandage

  • German language is a plus
