Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Inside Sales
Representative
, located in Ridgefield
- Support the district on quoting valve automation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while learning the Valve Automation business.
- Size on/off Actuators, Control Valves, Accessories, & build out Valve Automation quotations daily.
- Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
- Work with all associates in the district to support our V&A products. Be a team player.
- Form solid relationships to establish trust with entire district to work seamlessly together.
- Willingness to learn and train continually. Specific to Valve Automation products.
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a development role where the V&A team will invest in your success. The team will teach you everything you need to know about Valve Automation.
Qualifications- 1-7 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
