Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer – Secret Clearance Patrol in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as aerospace and defense. You will patrol assigned areas to deter security incidents, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding integrity, teamwork, and innovation.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving within the aerospace and defense location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, security‑related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Support access control procedures by verifying identification and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site‑specific protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or incident reports as necessary for documentation purposes.
- Work collaboratively with site staff and/or local law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
- Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Alarm panel experience preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Access control or badge experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
