As a Security Officer – Secret Clearance Patrol in Bothell, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and routine patrols will contribute to a secure environment, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control procedures by verifying identification and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or incident reports as necessary for documentation purposes.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and/or local law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
