Job Description

As a Security Officer – Front Desk Lobby CRE in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming face for all visitors, assisting with guest management and access control. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and support.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations occurring at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and tenants, providing information and directions as needed.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel and/or management.
  • Operate and monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control devices at the front desk area.
Minimum Requirements
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
