Civil Superintendent

Precision Industrial Contractors, Inc. (PIC) is seeking a Civil Superintendent for immediate hire. This is a traveling position, with assignments coast to coast across the United States and Canada. Candidates must have heavy industrial experience and be legal U.S. residents.

• Oversee, supervise, and perform daily construction activities at a work site
• Set forms that hold concrete in place
• Clean and inspect surfaces for pouring issues
• Direct the casting of the concrete with the truck driver
• Pour, smooth, and level concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed (handheld and power tools)
• Monitor the effects of weather on the curing process
• Apply sealing and hardening components
• Safely operate power vibrator to ensure concrete is compacted
• Mold and construct expansion joints using joiners and edging tools
• Polish surface using a power surfacing machine
• Perform duties of a concrete finisher
• High school diploma and at least 2 years of work experience as a concrete laborer or mason
• Ability to stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials for long periods; work long hours and shifts, including nights and public holidays as required
• Knowledge of hand‑held and power tools (power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• OSHA 30 certification
• Procore experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to acquire a DOT certificate
