Tessera is seeking a Mechanic, Marine Machinery/Facilities responsible for the dismantling, repair, relocation, modification, alignment, and installation of a wide range of marine machinery, equipment, and systems.

This position supports the maintenance and overhaul of propulsion systems, propellers, rudders, cargo handling machinery, lifeboat davits, anchor handling gear, and missile tube equipment located aboard submarines, ships, and other floating craft. The role plays a vital part in ensuring that all marine mechanical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards and specifications.

* Qualifications:

** Minimum of 3 years' related experience Knowledge of marine systems and regulations. Practical knowledge of the mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components of diverse marine machinery and their attachments. Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics. Safety awareness, especially in confined spaces and hazardous environments.
