$36.01 - $39.01 + shift differential per hour DOE. We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Millwright.

Tasks include the safe install, maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul of pulp and paper equipment.

Prefer 2 years of industrial millwright experience.

Safety mindset in all work performed.

Excellent team player who's not afraid of hard work.

Capable of reading blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications as well as technical manuals.

Experienced in using industrial hand tools and power tools as well as precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, levels, and alignment tools.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Journeyman pay rate is $36.01 per hour with ability to earn additional $3 per hour for plus rated skills.

This posting is for Swing Shift. Monday through Friday from 5pm to 1:30 am with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

New employees are subject to a 6 month probationary period.

IEP is a smoke‑free and drug‑free (including cannabis‑free) production facility operating 24 hours per day/365 days per year.

Hourly employees are subject to random drug testing.
