• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Construction: 3 years (Required)
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Work authorization / Proof of citizenship / Green Card (Required)
• 3 years of residential remodeling experience
• Preferably has the following skills:
  • High school graduate
  • Your own reliable vehicle and driver’s license
  • Basic hand tools
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test
• Provide proof of clean driving record

There will be occasional days when you will be asked to work late to complete a critical task and keep the job moving.
• Reliable: You need to show up on time every day regardless of personal circumstances, the condition of your vehicle, or weather.
• Flexible: You will be required to do a bit of everything including, but not limited to demolition, framing, trim carpentry, site clean‑up, punch list, and warranty work. You will need to be able to move quickly from task‑to‑task without getting overwhelmed.

• 8‑hour shift (may include some longer or shorter days.)
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (potential of weekend work scheduled in advance)
