Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor
, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers across the stunning Southwest region. Based out of our Bunbury branch, this full-time, permanent role is all about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar equipment, plus providing top-notch warranty support.

• Hitting the road to customer sites and tackling equipment faults head-on
• Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing on mining and marine gear
• Managing work orders and warranty support like a pro
• Driving Product Improvement Plans and Support Programs
• Keeping safety front and centre while helping customers hit their reliability goals

• An Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate
• High Risk Work Licenses (LF, DG, WP, WAH)
• Diagnostic wizardry with CAT SIS & CAT ET
• A commitment to continuous improvement and thriving under pressure

• Option 1: 9 days on, 5 days off (10.5-hour days)
• Option 2: 10 days on, 4 days off (10.5hrs days)
