Liberty Military Housing seeks a Maintenance Supervisor II to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family military community. You will supervise Service Technicians, Groundskeepers and Housekeeping, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and grounds upkeep to meet LMH standards.
This role requires 3+ years related experience, supervisory ability, HVAC and EPA certifications preferred, and a strong safety mindset. Regular on-call work and travel to regional locations are expected.
