Forklift Operator Helper / Ground Rigger
Location:
Clark County, WAPay: $20+/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
Assist forklift operators with moving and positioning dunnage and materials.
Act as a ground rigger to safely hook up chains, clutches, and rigging equipment.
Assist with moving concrete products using spreader bars and lifting equipment.
Ensure loads are properly secured and rigged before movement.
Communicate clearly with forklift operators and other team members during lifting and moving operations.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
Follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPEStrong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with equipment operators
Comfortable working in an outdoor/industrial production environment
Preferred:
Previous precasting or concrete production experience
Experience as a rigger, ground rigger, forklift helper, or material handler
Familiarity with chains, clutches, spreader bars, and rigging equipment
Experience working around forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment
