FORKSMIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLING COACH
COACHING REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have or obtain a valid First Aid card
- Good human relations and interpersonal skills
COACHING EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
- Possess a strong value system that aligns with the District's Core Covenants of Respect, Integrity, and Commitment
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to motivate others
- Ability to effectively communicate with all audiences
- Adheres to the rules, regulations, and policies of the WIAA
- Develop a good rapport with the head coach, parents, patrons, news media, teachers, and administrators
- Promote and practice positive sportsmanship
- Work to achieve a positive relationship with all audiences
- Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with district policies and procedures as required
