This position will help grow our member experience by working in a creative, fun, and upbeat atmosphere – be a part of a supportive and dynamic environment dedicated to helping people live their best lives.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Class Instructor to lead engaging and dynamic fitness classes at our Anytime Fitness Milton location. As a Class Instructor, you will play a key role in creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that inspires and motivates our members. You will lead fitness classes, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and safety.

• Lead and instruct group fitness classes – we are looking for Zumba instructors!
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
• Monitor class attendance and gather feedback to continuously improve the class experience.
• Promote and support Anytime Fitness programs, services, and memberships.

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM) or equivalent certification. (Certification in your specific class is great!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and encouraging class environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• CPR/AED certification.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
