Company has been in business for over 60 years providing fresh, organic, cage‑free eggs to local grocery stores and other end users. Due to continued growth we are currently accepting applications for a Driver/Dispatch to work in Lind, WA.

Average annual Salary is $85,000 to $95,000 per year, which includes:

• Route and trip pay equates to approximately $31.62/hour.
• Typical work week is 45-55 hours per week.
• Bi-Weekly paychecks.

Eligibility begins after 60 days of employment:

• This is a 24/7 delivery operation. Routes vary. Drivers must be able to work any and all days/shifts.
• No overnights; home every day.
• Most drop & hook, some live unloads with pallet jack.
• The mix of dispatch and driving time will vary depending on the delivery schedule and customer requirements.
• Training will be provided for all aspects of the job, especially the office and dispatch duties.

• Provide supervision and oversite of the Dispatch Office with some CDL local driving responsibilities in transporting products to specific route destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the shop team in reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.
• Comply with all FMCSA regulations and monitor driver team HOS compliance.
• Distribute route instructions to drivers upon receipt of shipping orders for the delivery of products.
• Complete driver payroll.
• Assist Truck Drivers on routing or delivery problems and keeping daily delivery schedules.
• Schedule delivery to customer sites by utilizing Company Truck Drivers and vehicles as efficiently as possible.
• Maintain contact with Truck Drivers VIA truck/trailer tracking or text/voice communications.
• Resolve delivery problems directly with the operations team, customer service and drivers.
• Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned.

• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License.
• Must have 2 years of verifiable CDL A tractor‑trailer experience.
• Dispatch experience a plus. Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft word, excel and outlook required.
• Winter driving experienced required.
• Ability to work with routing software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Possess proficient interpersonal communication and Customer Service skills.
• Be in acceptable physical condition able to stand, kneel, bend, lift, push and pull.
• Able to work in all types of environments, and sometimes under challenging conditions such as hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance.
