ADay in the Life of a Universal Banker
As a Universal Banker, you’ll be at the forefront of providing personalized service to our customers. You will interact with customers in‑person and over the phone, delivering exceptional experiences that ensure your success.
Responsibilities- Process transactions
- Assist with loan applications
- Promote credit union products
- Exceed monthly loan production targets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age: 18
- Previous experience in customer service and financial services
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices
- Strong proficiency in cash handling
