Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold cleanliness and product quality, and act as an ambassador for brand standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills;
Serv Safe certification is preferred. Training is provided on the job.
