About the roleWe’re looking for a hands-on, pragmatic, and innovative Technical Product Manager – Data & AI to lead the development of our reporting, analytics, and data-driven products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, loves working directly with data, and enjoys translating complex datasets into actionable insights and scalable AI solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure our data initiatives drive real business outcomes, while creating unified, intuitive, and insight-driven experiences for our customers.
What you’ll do- Lead the roadmap for Reporting, Analytics, Data, and AI, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, balancing long‑term vision with pragmatic execution.
- Define metrics, dashboards, visualizations, and automated insights that maximize clarity and customer value.
- Explore datasets directly to identify patterns, data quality issues, and opportunities to leverage unique datasets as market differentiators.
- Drive data standardization across customer implementations to enable scalable analytics and AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams across the organization to align data definitions, close gaps, and unlock cross‑product value.
- Partner closely with data engineering to evolve dimensional data models, define canonical data definitions, and ensure backend structures support intuitive reporting and AI features.
- Work directly with customers to demo, troubleshoot, and validate analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Embrace Agile processes to iteratively deliver features that consistently add value.
- 7+ years of product management experience focused on data, analytics, or AI.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, BI tools, or similar methods to explore datasets and validate product decisions.
- Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling, metrics frameworks, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
- Experience improving data standardization, taxonomies, or governance in complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, strategy, and requirements across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and leveraging data to create value.
- Proven track record of launching, monetizing, and scaling data products in fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Curiosity about emerging AI trends with an emphasis on practical, value‑driven applications.
