Position Overview:

We are looking for a bold, data-savvy Content Strategist to join our Growve team for our Sunwarrior brand. This brand-focused role will support our Marketing team and lead high-impact creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our mostly female audience. The Content Strategist will engage millions of health-conscious consumers excited about the brand and create compelling content across channels, fueled by a passion for health, wellness and performance.

The ideal candidate is a talented creative with experience in consumer brands and digital content, has a high attention to detail, is passionate about process, and understands best practices across all content disciplines.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

Work with CMO, web and social media teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support sales growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

Understand SEO/SEM efforts to execute on top prompt related content to increase organic traffic and search visibility.

Create and assist with managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Linked In, META), optimizing for ROI and lead quality.

Oversee and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and Triple Whale.

Collaborate with sales, product, and R&D teams to develop content that educates customers and supports the sales process.

Lead the social media team to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Stay current with competition, social and digital trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the health and wellness sector.

Manage external partners, agencies, or creative freelancers as needed.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in content creation, campaign development or digital marketing, specifically Meta, Tik Tok, and Google/You Tube platforms.
3 + years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency or startup environment.

An available online portfolio.

Proven track record of creating campaigns that convert—with metrics to back it  comfortable featuring yourself in photo and videography content. You will be the personality on camera.

Ability to leverage data and insights to drive content performance and ROI.Deep understanding of content across social, email web, and influencer channels.

Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual cohesion and brand tone with a data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Strong Excel and data visualization skills.

Detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment.

Passion for humor and creative briefs with hooks, tempo and imagery.

Located in or willing to relocate to St. George, Utah.
