Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Health and Beauty associates focus on customer care and creative merchandising. They manage incoming merchandise, move it to the sales floor, and create seasonal displays to meet customer needs.
