* What you’ll do:

*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
* Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
* Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

* What we're looking for:

*** Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
* Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
* Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:  + Electrical Systems  + Plumbing  + Appliances  + Flooring  + Carpentry  + Heating and air systems  + Pools
* Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Superior customer service skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
** Benefits and Pay Range**:

The pay range for this position is $15.80 - 21.38 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
* Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
