The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking orders, performing quality inspections, loading and off‑loading delivery trucks, conducting tools and equipment inspections, and coordinating activities of the warehouse and yard.

$26.00 - $30.00 hourly, $54,080.00 - $62,400.00 annually (Seattle range). Pay is based on a number of factors including market location.

• Vacation accrued on a weekly basis at a full‑time annualized equivalent rate of 15 days (3 work weeks) per year.
• Sick leave accrued at 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with an annual carryover of 80 hours.

• Annual discretionary bonus based on company profitability and your manager’s assessment of your performance.
• A 401(k) savings plan under which BNB matches the first 3 percent of your deferral with a 100% match and the next two percent with a 50 percent match for a total matching contribution of 4 percent of your pay. You are immediately 100 percent vested in all contributions (including BNB match). We provide both traditional (pre‑tax) and Roth (post‑tax) contribution options.
• We are proud to be an employee‑owned company. This means you get an ownership stake in BNB through a benefit called an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). It is 100 percent company‑funded and is invested in BNBuilders stock. You can participate in this long‑term plan after you complete 1 year of service (with at least 1,000 hours).

• Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring processes drive order fulfillment and on‑time deliveries.
• Utilize ticketing system for order picking review, processing, and data entry.
• Report on stock depletions and recommendations for order levels.
• Perform physical inventory as directed.
• Service and clean tools as necessary.
• Ensure that tools and equipment meet all previously set specifications.
• Visually inspect materials and tools prior to shipment to job sites.
• Inspect equipment on all returns, noting any lost and/or damages on the return paperwork not previously noted.
• Return equipment to the proper bin location (i.e., maintenance, damaged, rent ready, etc.).
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance on warehouse and yard.
• General housekeeping of warehouse and exterior premises.
• Occasional delivery of materials and tools to job sites.
• Make recommendations for continuous improvements.
• Conduct Gemba walks and safety inspections.
• Complete all required training courses.
• Other duties as assigned.
