Position:
Warehouse Associate
Location:
Woodland, WAPay: $18–$25/hr DOE
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Who We Are:
Opti Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Woodland that is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on material handling, shipping and receiving, light assembly, and keeping materials organized throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do:
Move and organize raw materials throughout the facility
Handle shipping and receiving duties
Prepare and process shipments through Fed Ex and UPS World Ship Load and unload materials as needed
Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory
Assist with light assembly and other production-related tasks
Use a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
Keep materials organized and work areas clean
Assist other departments with material movement as needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
What’s In It for You:
$18–$25/hr depending on experience
Consistent Monday–Friday day shift

What You Need to Have:
Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience is a plus Ability to safely move raw materials and other items throughout the facility
Ability to work on your feet and perform physical warehouse duties
Reliable attendance and a good work ethic
Ability to follow directions and work safely
The Musts:
Reliable transportation
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMAbility to safely lift, carry, and move materials
Willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment
Preferred:
Forklift experience is ideal
Shipping and receiving experience
Experience with Fed Ex and UPS World Ship Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
Light assembly experience
Familiarity with raw materials and material handling
