All weather Wood is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the NW Region (Washougal and Coos Bay). The role is onsite with a base salary of $100,000 to $130,000, final compensation based on location, skills, education and experience, plus a generous benefits package.
The Sales Manager will guide the regional team, set pricing and goals, motivate staff, and ensure strong customer relationships while driving market share for treated and redwood products.
