Job Description — Opti Is Hiring for a Fire Sprinkler Inspector (NICET Level II).

Location:

Vancouver, WA. Pay: $30-40+/hour (DOE).

Schedule:

Full-time | Day shift | In-person.

• Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems
• Backflow prevention device certification (preferred)
• Fire extinguisher certification (preferred)
• Perform physical tasks including but not limited to: standing, walking, lifting, pushing
• Document inspections and perform system checks
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

• Experience inspecting and testing fire sprinkler systems
• Ability to pass a drug test, background check, have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to inspection and service work
• S trong communication skills
  , both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computers for documentation

• NICET Level II – Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems
• Portland Certificate of Fitness Fire Extinguisher License (preferred)
• Sprinkler certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of NFPA 10, 25 & 72 codes
• State of Oregon LEA License and/or Washington E06 Certification
• Experience with alarm panels and related components
