We are a community focused Cross Fit gym in Washougal, WA. Community, fitness and fun is our focus!
Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Head Coach based in Washougal, WA. The Head Coach will oversee training programs, develop strategies to improve performance, mentor athletes, coordinate schedules, plan events, and foster positive relationships within the Washougal community.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Cross Fit coaching methods, Level 1 certified.
- Experience in Planning, Organization, and Time Management.
- Passion for fostering membership collaboration and positive dynamics.
- Previous coaching experience is a must! Doesn’t have to be Cross Fit specific.
