Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Free Licensure) – BK Behavior Ventures
We are seeking passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our mission of providing excellent ABA services to our clients. We support you as you guide our clients and work toward meaningful outcomes.
- 6 months of paid training. Continued learning is a core value; expect 13 hours of paid training over the first 6 months to build community with other BCBAs.
- Opportunities for career advancement. 5 of our clinical directors were promoted from within.
- Participate in peer advisory groups to connect with other like-minded BCBAs in the field.
- Support from 5 in-office BCBAs, plus BCBA student fellows and interns to help lighten your workload.
- Mentorship programs with more experienced BCBAs.
- Access to an ongoing training bank for behavior technicians.
- Weekly assessment support sessions with Clinical Directors.
- BCBA toolkit as an ongoing resource, including an online classroom with materials, video models, checklists, and ongoing updates based on feedback.
- Monthly free CEUs on a variety of topics.
- Autonomy in scheduling by choosing cases that fit you.
- Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Compensation:
Competitive rates ranging from $55-105 per hour.
- Provide client assessments.
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess program performance, and adjust as necessary.
- Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
- Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Familiarity with and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA services.
- Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures accordingly.
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance and address any identified deficits.
