As part of the Ancora Therapy Team, you will:

• Provide patient evaluations, screenings, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Work closely with patients to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing function
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and self-care strategies
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Ensure professional conduct aligns with Ancora's commitment to high-quality care
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet patient needs

• Current Speech Therapy License in the state of Alaska
• 2+ years of experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal & written communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
• Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
• CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
