Speech-Language Pathologist

Speech‑Language Pathologist at IDS Health, Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide holistic, root‑cause‑oriented care for pediatric clients with speech, feeding, and orofacial myology challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication, feeding, and oral‑motor skills.
• Create individualized treatment plans and implement effective therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance client outcomes.
• Educate families and develop home programs for carry‑over.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress.

The role requires a Master’s degree, ASHA certification (CFs welcome), and a passion for feeding and orofacial myology. Ongoing training, flexible scheduling, a supportive environment, and benefits—including paid time off, a retirement plan, and professional development—are provided.

Location:

Wasilla, AK (in‑person; relocation preferred). Expected hours: 15–30 per week. Pay: starting at $90/hour.
