Description:

The position is for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.

The clinician will provide care primarily to outpatient patients but may also cover some inpatient and skilled nursing facility cases.

No on-call duties are required.

Floating between facilities is not expected, but staff must be open to accommodating scheduling needs.

Housing will be provided for travelers during the assignment.

Housing units will typically be one-bedroom apartments.

Travelers should prepare to keep their accommodations clean upon departure to avoid additional fees.

Time off requests will be considered on an individual basis.

Candidates are required to have experience with outpatient care and acute care settings.

All candidates must respond to specific questions regarding previous employment in this role.

References covering at least one year of experience are required prior to starting.

Travelers should expect to potentially float between nearby facilities.

Failure to comply with floating requirements may lead to termination of the assignment.

Providers may be supplied with communication devices required for duties as assigned.

No direct contact with the facility is allowed unless for an agreed-upon interview.

Modules required for the role will be factored into NBO hours and completed prior to the start of the assignment.
