Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, leading a team of professionals to ensure high-quality, safe work.

Provide excellent customer service for escalated issues.

Direct multiple crews and manage site activities.

Review schedules, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Schedule crews, delegate tasks, supervise work, and ensure quality.

Participate in hiring, maintain employment paperwork.

Promote safety, enforce safe work practices.

Interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documents; resolve blueprint issues during construction.

Supervise subcontractors, inspect work, and manage billing.

Manage personnel, vehicles, and equipment.

Participate in meetings with management, clients, and team members.

Assist in estimating, bidding, negotiations, and change orders.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven track record of high-quality work.
Enjoy problem-solving and hands-on work.
Seeking long-term project engagement.
Team-oriented with a hands-on approach.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
3-5 years managing telecom construction projects.
Knowledge of telecom construction:
Coax and Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience managing sites, maintaining good client and supplier relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and quick to learn custom software.
