The Community Manager oversees all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management. The on‑site leader ensures compliance with Asset’s policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

• Personnel Management: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff; complete schedules, address performance issues, and promote harmony.
• Financial Management: achieve optimal net operating income through cost control and revenue growth; develop budgets, reconcile deposits and vendor invoices, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Strategic Leasing Management: develop marketing plans, execute leasing procedures, handle resident complaints, implement retention programs, and facilitate move‑ins.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management: oversee reporting accuracy, lead emergency response, manage customer service, maintain property appearance, plan resources, and direct maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in the housing industry; alternatively, one to two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of on‑site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Regular communication, repetitive hand motion, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights.
• Standing, sitting, and moving for prolonged periods.
• Occasional ladder, stairs, scaffolding, and equipment use; lifting up to 25 lbs.; operating machinery, motor vehicles, or golf carts; working in confined spaces, outdoors, and under varying temperatures.

• Reliable transportation is required for the emergency on‑call duty.

Salary Range: $23 per hour to $23 per hour
